On 25 March 2026, the DiGiN project will conclude with its final international conference, bringing together municipal leaders, HR professionals, DEI officers and local government staff from across Europe. The conference will take place in Rotterdam at Maaspodium and will also be accessible online, allowing participants to join from anywhere.
After two years of collaboration with municipalities across Europe, the DiGiN Final Conference offers a space to reflect on lessons learned, share concrete practices and explore how diversity, equity and inclusion can be embedded as a structural and sustainable part of municipal organisations.
